Formatting
and Templates
Please submit a camera-ready
copy (produced on a high-resolution output device) of your manuscript
on 8 1/2" x 11" paper, following ACM proceedings format specifications.
Templates in the following formats are available from ACM to
produce your camera-ready document:
Make sure that the paper is no
longer than fourteen (14)
8.5"x11" pages. This page limit includes everything: references,
title page, figures, appendices, abstract, etc.
Please note:
It is of particular importance that you leave sufficient space
(1.5 inches/3.81 cm) in the lower left corner of the first column
on the first page for ACM to fill in the copyright information.
This specification is included in the templates and described
in the format specifications.
Copyright
Release
The following ACM
copyright form must be signed and returned with your paper.
Please be cautioned that ACM will not
publish any paper that is not accompanied by a signed copyright
form. In those cases where there is more than one
author per paper, the first-named (assumed senior) author only
must sign.
The full ACM Copyright
policy, revised as of December 18, 1998, is available at http://www.acm.org/pubs/copyright_policy/.
There are two copyright
release forms: The first (Form A) should be signed by the
senior author of the paper in all cases unless the work involved
was performed by employees of the U.S. Government. In this case,
the second (Form B) should be used. The forms and further detailed
information are available here.
Please
print and sign the appropriate form and return it to the above
address along with your camera-ready paper. An
original hardcopy is required.
